Who Are The Christadelphians?
Barton-Under-Needwood Christadelphians are a part of a worldwide community of Bible believers. Christadelphians have met in Barton for over thirty years, and for the last 25 years have met in the hall located on Park Road in the centre of the village.
We frequently come together to worship the God of the Bible in fellowship with one another. As well as holding a Bible Hour before our Sunday Breaking of Bread, we also host a Sunday School and, on Mondays during term time, a Toddler Group. We welcome visitors to all of our activities.
Bible Hour
Sunday ~ 10.00am
Each Sunday morning we hold a Bible Hour that is aimed at exploring different Bible teachings. Bible Hour is ideal for anyone interested in learning more about God’s message.
Breaking of Bread
Sunday ~ 11.30am
Every Sunday our members meet to remember Jesus Christ by breaking bread and drinking wine, as he commanded his disciples shortly before his death.
Sunday School
Sunday ~ 10.00am
During term time we hold a Sunday School which is an opportunity for children to learn Bible stories and positive Bible-based values. All children aged three and above are welcome to come along.
Toddler Group
Monday ~ 10.00am
Toddler Group is held during term time on Monday mornings at 10am. 15 to 20 toddlers and babies attend (plus parents!), with the session including play and craft for the children, and opportunity for the parents to chat.
Bible Class
Wednesday ~ 8.00pm
Our weekly Bible class is held as an opportunity for us to read and study a range of Bible subjects in greater depth. All are welcome to attend.
Coffee Morning
Thursdays ~ 10.30am
Coffee Mornings are held every Thursday in our Barton Church common hall. All are welcome to come along for a relaxing morning of fellowship, coffee and biscuits. Don’t hesitate to use our contact email address if you require more information.
